Car Parks

There are currently several public car parks operated and maintained in the Falkirk Council area. Charges apply 8:45am to 3:00pm, Monday to Saturday, with parking free on Sundays and public holidays. Conditions of use are displayed on signs in each car park, however, if you would like more information on car parking in the Falkirk Council area please contact parking@falkirk.gov.uk or visit Falkirk Council Parking Guide.

Free After 3pm Initiative

‘Free after 3’ is an initiative designed to encourage more visitors to Falkirk town centre and support local businesses. Free parking after 3pm is available in all pay and display car parks but not in any on-street pay and display parking bays. While users of the car parks are not required to pay after 3pm, they are reminded to follow the normal car park rules which include not parking in a disabled space unless you are a blue badge holder.

Free Festive Parking

From the 1st-23rd December, we will be offering a full refund on town centre parking on a Monday-Wednesday. Customers who have purchased a parking ticket must spend a minimum of £10.00, within the Town Centre, to be eligible for a refund. Refunds can be claimed at the Steeple Box Office, between 10am and 5pm, and must be claimed on the same day as purchase. To receive a refund, you must present a picture of your parking ticket (taken on your camera/mobile phone) or buy through the RINGO app. You must also provide a receipt stating a purchase of £10.00 or more and refunds will be given in cash only. ‘Free after 3pm’ will still be in operation Monday-Saturday with full free parking on a Sunday.
