Grangemouth is a historical town with an industrial heritage that continues today with the giant petrochemical plant, a remarkable sight at night, and with Grangemouth Port, the largest container terminal and the busiest deep-water port in Scotland.
The town is also packed full of local history and memorabilia which is well worth a visit, and it has a number of unique retailers and cafes all providing excellent customer service. It also benefits from free parking, making it an easy place for visitors to stop and have a quick browse.
Towards the end of 2020 Falkirk Delivers secured additional funding from Falkirk Council which allowed them to appoint additional support Falkirk’s District Town Centres; Bo’ness, Denny, Grangemouth and Stenhousemuir.
Falkirk Delivers are a not-for-profit company working in conjunction with Falkirk Council to maintain and preserve the district town centres by running a number of initiatives including environmental and floral enhancements, digital advice and advancements and a dedicated handyman in each of the district town centres.
