Grangemouth is a historical town with an industrial heritage that continues today with the giant petrochemical plant, a remarkable sight at night, and with Grangemouth Port, the largest container terminal and the busiest deep-water port in Scotland.

The town is also packed full of local history and memorabilia which is well worth a visit, and it has a number of unique retailers and cafes all providing excellent customer service. It also benefits from free parking, making it an easy place for visitors to stop and have a quick browse.

Towards the end of 2020 Falkirk Delivers secured additional funding from Falkirk Council which allowed them to appoint additional support Falkirk’s District Town Centres; Bo’ness, Denny, Grangemouth and Stenhousemuir.

Falkirk Delivers are a not-for-profit company working in conjunction with Falkirk Council to maintain and preserve the district town centres by running a number of initiatives including environmental and floral enhancements, digital advice and advancements and a dedicated handyman in each of the district town centres.

Free Training Opportunities

To fully support our local businesses, Falkirk Delivers is covering the cost for online CPD accredited training. We’re offering various courses for all our businesses and their teams that can give them the opportunity to pick up some learning that they may have missed out on during the pandemic.

Due to the online nature of these training courses, they offer a flexible approach to learning that should benefit your teams during this period of uncertainty. Although these courses are available to all our local businesses, we’re particularly keen on the hospitality industry taking part. In our course catalogue, we’ve included various courses that will support our struggling hospitality industry.

The group is also the perfect place to seek business advice from others in your community by asking questions and gathering opinions.

To join, please tell us which town centre business you work in, and your position within that business. At this time we’d like to keep the group limited to business owners/managers.
